Victor Dike is the Chairman of the Board of Petra Microfinance Bank Plc. He is a corporate strategist and an enterprise development practitioner. Mr. Dike is the Chief Executive Officer of Quick Projects Ltd. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, the Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and the Certified Pensions Institute. He holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and was trained in leadership competencies at the Cranfield University School of Management, United Kingdom. His work career spans across the Financial Service Sector, Investment and Consumer Banking and Financial Control. Mr. Dike was the Chief Executive Officer of World Bank/STEP Nigeria and had led teams that implemented various consulting assignments with publicly quoted companies and international development agencies such as the World Bank, African Development Bank, UNDP and DFID. He was also the UNDP/CBN Lead Consultant that provided leadership to the team of international and local consultants in developing the First National Microfinance Development Strategy for Nigeria in 2011. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Lagos Country Club, Ikoyi Club and the Chairman, Development and Social Initiatives Foundation.
Mr. Ignatius is seasoned professional & leader of people. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Pathway Financial and Consultancy services Limited, engaged in the provision of financial, accounting, consulting, training and tax management services. He is a fellow of both the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is a two time prize winner of the CIBN qualifying examinations and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration. He has over 25 years experience in the banking industry with extensive responsibilities in leadership, and general management. He has functioned in a variety of roles in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Inspection & Audit, and Operations. He was for five year (2001-2006), the Chief Business Officer of NNB international Bank, South-South zone, where he was responsible for the bank’s entire business in the zone. During this period he was exposed to many areas of business development, strategy and leadership and grew the bank’s business to an enviable position. He was also a Deputy General Manager with United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) from 2008, in charge of the bank’s entire business in Delta State. At various times during his career, he attended many local & external comprehensive training courses with leading institutions Banking, Strategy, Accounting, Finance, Marking, Leadership etc.
Rev. Fr. Richard is also a director with the Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Religious Studies and Masters of Arts in Theology among other qualifications. In 2005, he was appointed Economic Administrator of the Order of Preachers (Dominicans), Province of St. Joseph the Worker, Nigeria and Ghana, a position he occupies to date. His experience is complemented with the professional private sector competences acquired before joining the priesthood.
Chief Mrs. Cecilia Tukuru (nee Coker) worked at Barclays Bank DCO now Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. Her wealth of experience in banking span to 38years where she served in various capacities such as Sub-Manager, Accountant, Manager and finally retired as Assistant General Manager (Area Manager) in 2005. In the course of her career at the Bank, she attended various courses both local and international pertaining to her job. She attended Our Lady of Apostles Secondary School Yaba, for her secondary education and proceeded to Yaba College of Technology to study Civil Engineering where she obtained the City and Guilds Certificate. She however switched to Banking upon joining Union Bank. She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers London. Upon her retirement from the Bank, she was appointed as the General Manager of the Union Bank Group Staff Multi-purpose Co-operative Society Limited, a position which she presently occupies. She was until recently a member of the Board of Trustees of Union Bank Sports Club. She is a member of Ikoyi Club 1938, one time President of Soroptimist Club International, Lagos Island Chapter and captain of Lagos State Women Hockey Team.
Mrs. Da-Silva is a very experienced and well groomed banker. She is a fellow, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, she holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Business Administration (Second class upper division), from the University of Lagos, she is an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers, London. She obtained professional skills in Organization and Method at the Cranfield Institute of Technology, Bedford, England. She is also an alumina of Lagos Business School. She worked at Barclays Bank DCO and at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. She rose to the position of the first female Deputy chief Accountant of the Bank. Mrs. Da-Silva was a pioneer management team that started the Manufacturers Merchant Bank. Started as Senior Manager rose to AGM, DGM and became the acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer from April, 1996 to September of same year, she retired. She was the first female O&M (organization and Methods) Manager of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. Mrs. Da-Silva was at a time the Vice-Chairman of the Association of Professional Women Bankers of Nigeria, Director of Technology Derivatives Limited, and Director of AG Construction Limited. She was one of the pioneers Director of NPF Community Bank, now NPF Microfinance and was former President of Inner Wheel Club of Ogba.
Mrs. Ifeyinwa Mbelede is a seasoned and an experienced banker. She is a fellow, Certified Institute of Cost Management and a member of the Lagos State Chapter of CICMN. She holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an M.A. in English and an MBA from the University of Lagos. She also holds SMP from Lagos Business School and ELP from London Business School. She attended various specialist courses like Institutional Trade Finance, Advance Credit & Corporate Account Management, Relationship Management (Brain Tracy International) amongst others. She began her banking career with Ecobank Nigeria where she began as a Customer Service Officer and rose to the position of a branch manager. She also worked with Intercontinental Bank Plc and rose to the position of a Regional Business Controller. She received various honors during her banking career which includes Best Marketing Officer, Ecobank Nigeria Plc. 1999, Best ESSA Marketer Ecobank Nigeria Plc. 2000, Best Branch Manager with the best risk Asset Quality Intercontinental Bank Plc. in 2001, 2002, 2003 amongst others. She is a member of Ikoyi and Inner-wheel Rotary Club International.
